January 2017 Featured Program

Henry Towers

In RSI's constant efforts to provide the Minot Community with progress services, The Henry Towers is doing just that for over 80 people. With 83 apartments earmarked for people with disabilities and the elderly, it brings income-based, affordable housing options for everyone living there.

RSI also provides value-added services to the residents such as: having a                 full-time, onsite Service Coordinator that can help residents with day-to-day activities. We also help bring in and coordinate meals on wheels, deliver for the community food bank, provide foot care through the Minot State University Nursing Program, and schedule social activities ranging from bingo to bible study.

We have had the good fortune of having zero vacancies recently and still maintain a short waiting list. Despite this, I encourage anyone you may know who could benefit to complete an application and go through the qualification process with Minot Housing Authority. Applications may be picked up at RSI's front desk or at the Minot Housing Authority. Changes can happen quickly and we may have rooms available sooner than later.
